| This loft-style, one-bedroom apartment is located in a 19th century building, a former Catholic school, on the rue Montgolfier, in the Haut-Marais quarter. On the 5th and top floor (with elevator), it has tall ceilings with original beams, wooden floors, and seven windows facing East and West and overlooking the Parisian rooftopsCompletely remodeled by the owner several years ago, it combines authentic charm with modern amenities, and is extremely quiet, light-filled, and cheerful. The apartment is 55 sq meters (600 sq feet) in size, with a large living room (with a double sofa-bed), open kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a bedroom with a Queen-size bed The sofa in the living room can be opened up to a double bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 persons The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily prepare everything from a French breakfast to a gourmet dinner As for the furnishings, they include several decorative paintings, and some reproduction 2 phones and answering machine with no extra charge.TV, CD reader, VHS reader |
