This lofty, light 110 square meter three bedroom/2 bath family apartment is located in the 4th arrondissement, on the 6th french floor of a 19th century building and it sleeps 5 people.
This apartment is equipped with : Fire place, washer, dishwasher, balconies, unlimited high speed internet acces, phone (incoming calls only), stereo, cable TV, DVD and VCR and ample closet space.
BUILDING
A typical Haussmanian period (1860’s) building with antique woodwork and staircase, it is modern enough to have an elevator and a security code.
LIVING/DINING ROOM
The 40 square meter living/dining room combines the rustic authenticity of the old building with space and light by leaving the heavy support beams for the ceiling apparent and painted white and by cutting the high-pitched lofty roof with numerous skylights. Hardwood and tomette floors, a fireplace and comfortable living furniture add to the comfortable and casual atmosphere, a perfect place to settle down at the end of a long day of sight-seeing or at the office to share the day, or to have friends for dinner and/or cocktails. The rooms open feeling is increased by three windows with balconies and an open view of the Arts & Metiers, 17th century cathedral. Beyond the cathedral, a romanic view of the rooftops of paris and its skyline assures privacy and an open almost countryside feeling. The room is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee tables, a buffet, a stereo, a dining table which seats 6, a television with DVD player and VCR. BEDROOM #1

BEDROOM #3
This bedroom, also 15 square meters and formerly a child`s bedroom, is equipped with children`s books and playful wallpaper, and one single bed. Like bedroom #2, it has beautiful 19th century tomette flooring, and plenty of light permitted by two large square windows as well as plenty of closet space, a large table and chair, reading light and small wicker armchair. It shares the bathroom with bedroom #2.
BATHROOM #1
The 3 square meter bathroom (not including a large bathtub) has all modern amenities and is adjacent to the master bedroom. It`s bright yellow walls are further enhanced by plenty of natural light coming from a square window. Rare in Paris, the bathroom has a full-size bathtub with a shower head. The floor is tiled with warm “tomettes” and ample shelving can house all your personal items.
BATHROOM #2
This large bathroom, shared by bedrooms 2 and 3, has a large shower stall, washing machine, sink basin with large mirror, and plenty of shelving for your personal items.
