Spacious 67 sq.mt one bedroom duplex apartment, located on the first floor of a stately Haussmanian building (no elevator) nestled in the heart of the city, right by the Seine and overlooking the Eiffel Tower.
Well furnished, the apartment offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere in a bright and sunny environment, all over parquet flooring and windows overlooking the River Seine and the Eiffel Tower. The day area offers an entrance which acts as a dressing room, a large living room with a double sofa bed, TV cable, DVD payer, HIFI; a dining area with a table for 4, and a separate, eat-in kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, toaster...).
