On the 5th floor with elevator of a ancient and secured 19th
building with entry code and manager, this 1 bedroom apartment is very charming thanks to its apparent beams, authentic tiles on the floors and cheerful furniture.
Its 2 small balconies allow you to enjoy a pleasant view on the lively streets of the area.
In the living room, you will find a comfortable fold out sofa bed for 2 people, a glass coffee table, a dining table with 4 assorted wooden chairs, lamps, as well as a cabled TV, DSL connection and telephone line are at your disposal.
The open kitchen is equipped with fridge, 4 hotplates,
microwave, toaster, coffee machine and of course all utensils
and dishes you will need.
The bathroom is small but functional, and has shower, wash
basin and toilets.

Pago del saldo el día de la llegada: en tarjeta de crédito (NO American Express), cheques escribido en Euros, travellers cheques, o effectivo.
