Bright and clean with a terrace, located on the 5th floor with 2 elevators of a recent building, this adorable studio is very
luminous thanks to its large window and its good exposure.
Its terrace has a Teck table and chairs among green plants
overlooking the quiet and pedestrian rue Rollin, allowing you to enjoy relaxed moments after your walks in Paris.
The entrance has some wide closets that will help your
personal effects to find their place.
In the main room, a comfortable bed for 2 people, a desk,
lamps, as well as a cabled TV with VHS player and DSL
connection are at your disposal.
Separated with a small counter and its stools, the kitchen is
equipped with : fridge, hotplates, microwave, toaster, coffee
machine and of course all utensils and dishes you might need.
The bathroom is functional, and offers shower, wash basin,
toilets.

Pago del saldo el día de la llegada: en tarjeta de crédito (NO American Express), cheques escribido en Euros, travellers cheques, o effectivo.
No hacemos llegadas tardías después de las 20 horas, sino después de aceptación explícita de nuestra parte; las llegadas tardías están sometidas a un suplemento de 50€.
