This 45m² (approx. 480 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a hall with a concierge leading to a courtyard. The building is on the right at the end of the courtyard. The 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a window with blinds that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a dining table for four people. It is also equipped with a cable TV and DVD player. The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with three plates topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave and a dryer. The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor and two windows with curtains with a view of the street. It is furnished with a king size bed who can be to separate in two single beds, an armchair, two bedside tables, some shelves, two built-in closets and a decorative fireplace. The bathroom is accessible from the living room and is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a towel warmer and a washing machine. The separate toilette is in the shower room. Internet access is available. Heat and hot water are electric and individual. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Saint Philipe du Roule or George V.

This entire district abounds with points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous coffee terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience stores. Other significant sights nearby are the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower.
