Located in the heart of the historic Marais neighbourhood on the 4th and 5th floor of an eighteenth century building which housed Town Hall services during the French Revolution (1790’s). It has two security doors with digicode and interphone.The walk-up staircase that leads to the flat is listed. There are magnificent ancient wooden beams on the ceiling and the property is flooded with natural light from the five South facing windows.Spreading over 1000sq ft (97 m2 to be precise), the accommodation comprises toilet/shower room, bathroom, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with chimney, bar and massive stone sculptures on the first level.
