| apparently big communication problems between the local rent agency and apartrental we never got an answer to our e-mails. we sent all the information on our arrival by e-mail, but the local person didn't get the information. the street number indicated in the e-mail was false! therefore the taxi left us 200 m away from the right building in the e-mail, there was written that we have to be at the apartment latest 1h30 after the arrival of the flight. we were at the apartment approx. 1 h after the arrival, but nobody was there. we called the person. she told us that we should have called from the airport right after the arrival! (how should we know??) and that we would have to wait about 1 h for her to arrive. 1h45 after the person arrived and called us and asked where we are (we were at the wrong address as already written...) in the apartment there was no cot (although we asked for and got a confirmation for that). finally, the person organised one for the evening you see, the start was a real catastrophe, but finally we got the cot, the children slept well, the apartment was good and the stay was great. | |

| Excellent apartment, very clean,very well equiped and in an ideal location. Had a fantastic holiday and would definatley recommend this apartment to any couple visiting Barcelona. | |

| A written note in English etc describing how to operate the TV and access the English language channels would be helpful. We thought the apartment very nice and well located. | |

| This is our second occasion to rent from Apartental.com. It has been wonderful to have an agency that we can trust to help us find clean and comfortable apartments when we travel to Paris. | |

| The buidling was very noisy, as the one behind was under renovations and also mens redoing the steets. The location was close of Ramblas and very practical, even if the Carré St Paul was full of prostitutes, but no one bother us. The apartement itself was very clean, very well equipped, and we spend very good vacations. Thank you so much. | |

| When we made the original booking we were given the name of a Miguel Priento who was referred to as our contact person along with a number to call in case of an emergency. I contacted Miguel by email a couple of times to inform him of our early arrival with a request to enter the apartment earlier as our flight landed at 8.55. We did not have any response from Miguel even though Apartrental correspondence stated that we would be met at the apartment 2 hours after our flight landed and that the contact person would wait at the apartment for an hour for us. We did eventually get into the apartment a half hour after we called the emergency number after first calling Miguel only to be told by him that he no longer worked for your company. We were very disappointed that ApartRental did not inform us of this change of contact. It would have avoided a lot of stress on our part. We did enjoy our stay but found the apartment very dark and underlit. Many of the lightbulbs needed to be replaced and there was also no toaster or electric jug. It was a lovely apartment in spite of this and in a great position. | |
