Some years ago, during a trip to Paris, I rediscovered the rue Mouffetard, located in the fifth arrondissement, near the Pantheon, Latin Quarter. I was charmed by this street, and apparently, the team director Jean-Pierre Jeunet also. In  Delicatessen, the film maker  immerses us in a strange and disturbing and burlesque world. The Fabulous Destiny of Amelie Poulain has Mouffetard street scene in his famous film.
