| Our host, Michele, was very friendly, obliging and because his spoke English was very easy to deal with. We absolutely loved the location of our apartment. Our only (small) complaints were that the shower needed to be attached to the wall & needded a shower curtain, and the pillows on the bed were flat & lumpy. But other than those minor problems were very happy with the whole experience. | |

| A written note in English etc describing how to operate the TV and access the English language channels would be helpful. We thought the apartment very nice and well located. | |
