| Apart from the "leaving" experience we had with your staff (we have already exchanged emails before new year), the whole experience was lovely - pity we left with this bitter taste but it has nothing to do with the office staff or the apartement (only with the person giving us the keys). This is the only criticism I have of your website However it was annoying and enough to make me go back and change my rating for question 12 of your questionnaire. | Great, safe location and a fantastic apartment to enjoy walking the city. Close to the RER and Metro, grocery , restaurants and cafes. You will want for nothing and Yves has made sure of that. He is the most excellent of hosts and gave maps and tips of the area. We stayed with as a party of 3 Mom, Dad and teenage son. I’d stay here again without thinking of another option. Thank you Yves!! | |

| we had a great time, the only suggest I might have is to get rid of the plastic red table cloth, and put a nice cotton print table cloth on instead. As the red plastic looks cheap!! | |

| The appartment was in very good condition. It would be ok to indicate in the description the inclusion of telephone calls to fix numbers to a number of countries, and other detailed info like available hair drier, a baby bed... that the apt. efectivelly has. This is obviously a good thing. Maybe for young child would be ok to have a barrier (they are economic and helps) | |

| We found the apartment very convenient, clean and in a great location. Our children aged 7 and 9 shared the sofa bed which was very comfortable. We would happily stay here when in Paris again. Yves is very helpful. | |

| Thanks to Yves. He is so heartwarming. The apartment where we stayed was awesome. The location is very accessible and lively and yet it offers the privacy each time we came back to our cosy home in Paris. The flight of stairs to the fourth floor may be the downside esp for elderly else than that everything else makes it a perfect accommodation for couples and small families. | |

| This location is excellent, being so close to Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter, but still quiet. Located close to grocery shoping and included good size refrigerator. Ideal for two to three people. Yves was waiting for us on our arrival and I was able to communicate with him by cell phone. He also helped me pick-up my rental car just prior to departing Paris. | |

| The apartment was in a very good location for touring in Paris -- many sites in walking distance and very near RER and metro stop. Although in the very busy Latin Quarter, the apartment was quiet and it was fun to be able to step out into the bustle of the Latin Quarter in the evening after resting a bit from the day's travels | |

| The apartment was very clean and in a perfect location very close to Notre Dame Cathedral. Even so, it was a peaceful little haven to return to at the end of a busy day. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip and catching up with Yves (the owner) who was extremely friendly and welcoming. | |

| The 52 steps could be a problem for some people especially if heavy luggage and also the key to the steel security gate can be difficult but we could not fault the amount of security - excellent. Location of apartment and informative welcome were exceptional - thank you again to Yves | |
