| Very well located apartment in the Marais which was in great condition, clean. and well equipped. Well insulated from noise. A few steps to climb as its on the 4th floor but worth the exercise. David was a great host. | |

| Clean, comfortable, very well-equipped and charming. This apartment is perfect in every respect and the owner, David is extemely helpful and reliable. Even though there are many stairs to climb with baggage David insisted on taking them up for us. If we were to return to Paris we would definitely stay here. | |

| In our recent trip to Europe, we rented a total of four apartments. This was definitely the best of the bunch and in a great district to boot. We very much enjoyed our greeter Theo who spent a great deal of time answering our questions. He is a very charming young man. Thanks for a great holiday. | |

| Well, it has not the first time that i have been in Paris, but it has been the first time that i have stayed in an apartment, and i`m very satisfied. I liked very much the apartment, I think it isn`t very big, but it`s very comfortable! And the person who recived you, is very kind! well, i`m very satisfied of this apartment! If i go to Paris another time, i`ll go to this apartment again! | |

| The only apartment on our trip that offered the full range of services required ie. Wifi, TV, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and comfortable spacious light-filled sitting area. Only drawback being the 4 flights of stairs to climb but the exercise was good for us. A great week in Paris. | |

| I stayed in this apartment for 10 days in September./October. It was bliss - a friend joined me for 5 nights and used the sofa bed which she said was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again if it is available if I manage to get back to Paris again. It is on the top floor but as you are met by either the owner or his pleasant son who help you with your bags that is not an issue. The apartment is bright and sunny and has everything you need for a week or a month. it is furnished the great style. I can highly recommend this apartment | |

| We love our stay at the apartment and was very well sir David, he helped us on several occasions, getting a taxi for the transfer to the airport, helped with the heavy bags, gave us brochures for museums and interesting places, etc.. wallace | |

| David was fantasic. Great welcome and advice on moving around the city. The comments by others were spot on. The owner did not receive confirmation from Apartrental that final paymnet by myself had been made. Upon arrival this had to be sorted out, not something I wanted to do after travelling 25 hours. | |

| Fantastic apartment, great location. The kitchen was very well equipped. I almost felt like a Parisian! Appreciated David`s flexibility with departure times and allowing me to leave my bags in the apartment had hence enabling me to enjoy a last day in Paris before my late evening flight. | |

| We lived in the apartment of David in November 2011. Apartment very well located 5 minutes from Place de la Bastille, 2 minutes to the rue de Rivoli, 10 minutes from the la Cite. In addition, around the apartment within 5 minutes there are butics, supermarkets and local little shops. And - of-course! - a lot of restaurants and brasseries where you can just sit comfortably with a cup of coffee or have a delicious meal. The kitchen is very well equipped: dishes, dishwasher etc. Washing machine with dryer, all kinds of little things such as soaps, powders, dishwasher,s tablets, towels, oil, tea and other help to feel like at home. We also found many guides in English and French languages ​​(if we knew, would not bring your own!) And even the scales. David and his wife were very nice and kind, greeted and escorted us to his apartment and gave us a lot of useful tips. As well, David has helped us bring the suitcases on the 4th floor. We got a lot of fun and will definitely return there in next time.. Highly recommend this apartment to everyone. Thank you again. Boris and Marina | |

| Due to my own travel issues I was an hour late for my initial meeting with David - he was just leaving as I got there! He was very understanding and helpful, which was much appreciated! The apartment was great! There was some construction going on in the building while I was there, which was a little loud (and not anyone`s fault), but other than that it was perfect! Thanks very much! | |

| We had an excellent stay in this apartment. Although we were VERY late, (due to our flight being late and waiting for pre-arranged lift from airport, which did not turn up) we were greeted very warmly by David, our host. After David helped us with our bags, we were shown in detail the workings of appliances etc. in the apartment and were also pleased to find lots of information at hand about Paris/France including a French dictionary. Wonderful, since they are heavy and this allowed for more shopping. The apartment is very charming, comfortable, clean and quite. The location is fantastic. All you could need at hand with easy access to monuments and sights and great shopping at the door step. The area is vibrant and safe. The apartment was stocked with condiments and food staples to make for a very homely stay. Thoroughly enjoyable. | |
