| nice apartment, in good location, sunny ,very cosy. A bit cold for us during the night. Its near metro a lot of shops and bakery, resto! A love the little fish in the kichen! Ben was gentleman! | |

| Firstly, the state of the appartment was quite poor with paint peeling, and the wood at the bottom of the windows showing through were the water was starting to rot the frame. Then there was the fact that there were no overhead lighting in the kitchen or loungeroom or bedroom: only lamps, and not very bright ones. Lastly, we expected to rent the appartment and feel like we were at home, except we felt a bit like intruders, as the all the owners possession were still in the unit and stuffed into a small storage room. | |

| The apartment was very comfortable and we appreciated the airconditioning in the bedroom because Paris was very hot. The metro and shops were all very close. We enjoyed our stay in Paris. | |

| Sr. Tixier foi muito atencioso em nossa recepção, nos deu dicas da região. O apto é muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso mesmo para quem nunca esteve em Paris, próximo a duas estações de Metrô, além de estar em ótimo estado de conservação e muito bem equipado, recomendamos sem restrições e sem dúvidas gostaríamos de voltar mais vezes. | The only set back in an overall great picture was the absence of the Internet in the appartment. The WiFi connection was very poor and there were no Internet cafes around the area. | |

| the apartment needed some looking after as it was a bit round down. some water leakage on first day (that was promptly sorted out) not 100% clean and the furniture are cheap and old, but the location was amazing and the owner very nice. | |

| When we arrived on Sunday evening, the toilet did not fully work. The plumber did not come as expected on Monday, and then just did a temporary fix finally on Thursday. But the location was great and the host was pleasant. | |

| great apartment, but if you have problems climbing 93! stairs everyday it is not for you. also there is no wifi at the apartment or near. | |
