| We had a very pleasant stay in the appartment. The kitchen is very well equiped, the master bedroom is fine, maybe the second bedroom is a bit less. And the terrace of course is really wonderfull. The neighbourhood is nice, with lots of restaurants, traiteurs en little shops. I think we`ll come back. | |

| e really enyoyed this really pleasant apartment with a reasonable price. The only problem we found was that the shower room sometimes smelled a little bad when the window is closed several hours. We had to leave it open day and night. It would be a problem in the winter time. Anyway, we will surely return to this apartment if we have another chance to visit Paris! | Great place! The only two comments for improvement- 1- the keys are very hard to manilulate. 2- the sheets were clean but the rest of the bedding should also have been cleaned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Paris in spite of yhe poor weather. Thank you for your help. | |

| We loved the apartment and the neighborhood. Xavier greeted us upon arrival and clearly described the appliances in the apartment. He also told us where to shop in the area. The apartment was nearby a Metro stop, which we used every day to see Paris. We greatly enjoyed the balcony. The location was very quiet and much appreciated after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment greatly added to our enjoyment of our trip. | |

| Apartment was lovely- perfect for three adults! The location was safe and clean. My husband was working at the American University of Paris for a week, and the metro was very convenient. Would stay there again. | |

| There was quite a wait as the owner had yet to leave and the cleaner to clean but we were advised of this in advance so it was not a problem. Photos of the apartment were accurate, but not sure if the bed in the main bedroom is queen size but anyway, the bed was comfortable. Instructions for use of the television (with 2 different remotes) the gas heating, and more stable electrical connections, for example, for some of the lights, toaster etc would make it easier to use these facilities with confidence. The Internet was very slow and unstable, and the TV impossible, but we were out most of the time anyway, so didn`t miss the TV, and we enjoyed our stay. thank you. Margaret and Bruce | |

| Les serviettes de toilette ainsi que les draps n`étaient pas de première fraîcheur et je pense qu`en tout cas les serviettes de toilette n`avaient pas été lavées depuis fort longtemps, car leur odeur était peu encourageante. Comme je retourne mi-juin dans le même appartement, je verrais si c`est toujours le même problème. | |

| We enjoyed the patio very much. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Xavier was delightful. The points that were not so good: we could not manage to have enough hot water to run a full bath, which is very important to us. The toilet appears to need some repair as it continues to run after the flush. The couches were not very comfortable for us. | |
