| Hi - We had a wonderful time and would recommend that apartment and your site to others. The only thing re your site. I did not find it easy to find out if you were going to deduct the deposit from our credit card. I thought you would so we did not have the deposit with us. Our agent, Frederick, was wonderful and patient waiting for us to get it. Without going back into your website again and rebooking, I cannot find out how easily I missed this information. Don`t know if that is helpful or not. Overall though, your site provided the best, most comprehensive description of the features you want in finding accommodation. Thanks again. | |

| Our family of 4 had a great time in the appartment in the 5th arrondissement. The appartment was great with all its modern facilities, just a few adjustments at the beginning with the heating system especially when the weather became suddenly cold in Paris. Location wise, the appartment was perfect, next to every thing. Without hesitation, we would gladly rent this appartment back when we are next in Paris. Thank you to the Landlord for making our stay comfortable. | |

| The owner knew that we were a family of five, four adults and my grandson aged 15 who we knew would sleep on the fold out bed but there were only four chairs to sit on so it was very inconvenient for meals. | |

| It would have been easier if there was some English translation for the use of the washing machine and if there had been a clothes dryer in the apartment. We found everything else just fine and we really enjoyed our time in Paris. The apartment was lovely and quiet and in a fantastic position,just 5 mins stroll to Notre Dame and the great shops of St Germaine, along with cafes, food markets and bakeries all 2 minutes away. | This apartment is in a wonderful location. We love the neighborhood, and enjoyed the Place Maubert Marche in particular. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. We had a wonderful time. | |

| THE LAMP ON BEDSIDE TABLE NEVER WORKED. THE DRYER WARKED ALL DAY WNEB WE ERE GONE AND SHRANK MY BLOUSE. WE WERER LUCKY NOT TO HAVE A FORE. WE DID AEXACTLLY AS INSTRUCTED BY THE MANEIL. NEIL RUSHED US IN TELLING US ABOUT THE APARTMENT. THERE WAS NO LIGHT IN THE ENTRANCE HALL ON THE REZ DE CHAUSSE and I slipped on a step by the elevator brcause aned sprained and ankle. | I did not receive an email explaining that I could pay the security deposit and balance due by credit card until I had arrived in France and obtained the necessary cash. As mentioned to the welcome team, it was also not clear that the two bedrooms connected. All that aside, we had a wonderful time and hope to return on our next visit to Paris. | |

| The upper shower was not working. I would suggest to have in writting , plastified, the instructions of how to use the home appliances and other usefull informations such as telephone numbers to be called in case of emergency etc. Tourism informations, etc supermarket adress, and others. We found additional pillows, but no pillowcases available. | |
