| Security deposit: 400€ cash
Maintenance: the house is to be returned at the end of your stay clean inside and outside. If it is not, the necessary amount will be deducted from your security deposit to cover cleaning.
Bed linen, bath towels, tea towels provided.
The owner attends to the pool maintenance
Electricity: up to 90 kw/h/ week included. Anything over this will be charged at 0,16€ per kw/h. |
